These are ideas to use for part favor that can enhanced your table appearance.  Just think of the ideas, we can make them to your there colors.



Actually I want to show you the paper leaf on the picture above.  I am planning to use it on an orange fruit.  Each leaf will have your guest's name.  We can put the orange on a leaf or small glass vase. (the glass vase doesn't have to be as tall as shown on picture above)

 If you don't like thei dea of using orange fruits, we can use candies.  This will cost you more than the fruit.
If you like the orange fruits, we can alternate the oranges with raspberry rose cupcakes.  I can make the flowers from silk flower or royal icing.  You just buy your own cupcakes.

Don't you think these are nice to put on the table?

As far as the table centerpiece, we can do the followings:

 Simple low centerpieces with chiffon fabric as table runner.  The low pyramid can be vases stacked together to form a pyramid, filled with gems and candles. Flow and long flowers on top.

 We can add some topiaries too.

 The ultimate goal is to make it to look like this but with low topiary.

 We can do something like this with silk flowers.

 How about combination of colored vases with silk flowers on top?

We can do this in tall vase as well.

This is the centerpiece you like.

This is good if you are placing it on the round table.  For rectangular table, you won't get the same feeling.  You end up not getting result for your $.
If you are combining 5 of rectangular tables (25-30 linear feet), you definitely need more than 5 centerpieces.

For outdoor, under the tent, 30 linear feet table, my suggestions are:

1.  Shabby Chic style.

2.  Using combination of white flowers and greenery to save $.

3.  Create a heavy table liner by using either crumple white chiffon fabric, or greenery with some flowers (more $).   I think you like using the chiffon as runner more than the other.

4.  Candles.  A must if the venue allows.  Some venue provides some candles for free.

5.  Using centerpieces with greenery and accented with flowers.  See picture below.

Rectangular table: Tall arrangements with candles and small arrangements to fill up the table

6.  Small arrangements to fill up the table.  Can be combination of all flowers and potted greenery with some white flowers in it.
We can replant the potted greenery into a glass container if you are not into the real 'Shabby chic' style. (the real Shabby Chic will use white or terra cotta clay pot and glue some moss on it).

7. If you want, we can add some crystals just to add the spark.


My plan is to use 2 or 3 of the tall, depend on how you want to set up the table.  If you want everything to be uniform then you need 3 tall centerpieces.  I have not given you the exact quote yet, but you may spend between $ 700-1000.  The price depends on the flower kind, vase, candles count and how heavy you want the table to be.

At about 6 o'clock, the ballroom curtain was opened.  About 300 guests were welcomed to the ballroom.  Six food stations were ready to serve Chinese, Indonesian, Italian and American delicacies.

Inside the ballroom,

Above:  A sneak peak of the secret ballroom.  Chandelier centerpieces that matched the grand chandelier in the room and tall elegant centerpieces with LED lit vases on the high boys were breath-taking.  They were very classy.  Crystals and hanging candles, Phaleonopsis orchids ... I don't know how to describe them, just see the pictures yourself.

I will walk you through the reception site as if you there.  Thanks to my husband whose willing to be my camera man for the night.

Let's start from the lobby.

Acrylic pillars with touch of  silver rhinestones, a must have decor - special request from the groom's mom.  She loves glamor and sparks.  I used lots of these rhinestone ribbons throughout the decor.
The cylinder glass vases were filled with broken ice shape aqua gem.  The effect was stunning: not only they looked expensive, but they also reflected the candle lights.  Pictures of the couple were displayed throughout the lobby to create a living room ambient for the guests.
The couple hired Stanley Alan for their photographer.  He flew all the way from Indonesia to capture the wedding, including the pre-wedding pictures.  Taken, edited and printed in less than 2 weeks.


Now we walk toward the pre-reception area.

That was me waiting for my drink.  The rest were the infamous dessert table, specially hand picked by the grooms' mom.  The table was a Serpentine shape with H&H ice sculpture in the center separating the traditional Indonesian desserts from the American/French desserts provided by Affairs to Remember caterer.
